Kawasaki A7 350cc Avenger ad
350 CC Twin

A7RS (roadrace)

350CC Twin cylinder rotary valve engine.  Carburetors are fitted to both sides of the engine.  Speedy bike that came in two varieties.  A low pipe street only model and an upswept pipe (SS) street scrambler model.  Shares a lot of parts with the smaller 250cc version the A1.  In 1972 this model would be replaced by the S2 (350cc) triple. Ending Kawasaki's offering of a rotary valve twin motorcycle.

Road-race model using the A7 engine as the base.  Shares a lot of development from the A1R (250 Samurai) road race machine. In 1967 it would place 1st & 2nd in Singapore Gran-Prix. In 1968 it would win both the Kuala Lumpur GP & Singapore GP in the 350cc class.
